| McCabe Concrete was selected to install the rebar reinforced poured concrete walls. The walls are ten inches thick and eight feet high. Rebar is positioned every two feet horizontally and four feet vertically. |
| Jim Roughan (owner of Cabbagetown Construction) did an exceptional job on site excavation and septic field installation. Since the lot is on the top of a hill, much excavation had to be done. |
| The foundation forms are interlocking aluminum panels. This makes for a very clean and fast installation. You can see the high quality of the final foundation in some of the following pages. |
